Physical Order Shipping and Dispatch Terms
This policy details processing timelines, delivery expectations, tracking procedures, and logistics standards for physical products sold by creators on Sobuh.
Physical items ordered through Sobuh are dispatched directly by verified creators. Standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Custom handmade or made-to-order items specify lead times directly on the product listing page.
2. Delivery Timelines Across India
Estimated delivery transit times following dispatch:
• Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Regional Towns): 4 to 7 business days.
3. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once the creator dispatches your package and generates the courier Air Waybill (AWB) number, tracking updates are updated directly under your Sobuh Account Orders tab (`/account/bookings`) and dispatched via SMS/Email.
4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, delivery pincode, and seller store settings. Many creators offer Free Standard Delivery on orders exceeding ₹999.
5. Undelivered Shipments & Address Changes
Please ensure shipping address and pincode are correct during checkout. If a package is returned to creator due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.
