How are payments processed securely?
All transactions are encrypted and processed through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Netbanking. Sobuh does not store credit card numbers.
How do creator bank payouts work?
Creators add their bank account & IFSC code in Creator Studio settings. Once verified, sales earnings auto-settle to their bank account on a T+2 business day schedule.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?
Go to Account -> My Bookings, locate your order, and click Request Refund or contact support@sobuh.app. Refunds are credited back to your bank within 5-7 business days.
