2. Authenticity
Users must not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent qualifications, upload work they do not own, fake ratings, manipulate reviews, create artificial demand, or claim verification without proof.
3. Safety and Legality
Content, listings, messages, services, and products must comply with applicable law and Sobuh policies. Illegal goods, counterfeit items, unsafe services, privacy-invasive services, rights-infringing content, and deceptive schemes are prohibited.
4. Moderation
Sobuh may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict messaging, reject listings, suspend accounts, or escalate cases where content or conduct creates legal, safety, fraud, security, privacy, or marketplace integrity risk.
