Terms of Service and Platform Usage Agreement

By accessing or using Sobuh, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies in the Trust Center. These Terms apply to visitors, customers, creators, administrators, and anyone using Sobuh services. If you use Sobuh for a business or creator account, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Sobuh is designed as a marketplace and commerce operating platform that enables customers to discover creators and buy or book creator offerings. Unless Sobuh is expressly identified as the seller of a specific item, the creator is responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, fulfillment, cancellation terms, and support obligations for that listing. Sobuh may provide discovery, checkout, payments, support tooling, dispute workflows, moderation, and policy enforcement.

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, maintain updated contact details, and promptly report unauthorized account use. Sobuh may require email, phone, device, risk, creator, bank, tax, or business verification where needed for safety, compliance, payment, support, or fraud prevention.

Customers must review listing details, creator-specific terms, price, taxes, platform fees, delivery charges, cancellation rules, refund eligibility, and estimated fulfillment timelines before checkout. A payment screen or frontend confirmation is not final proof of payment success. Sobuh treats payment as successful only after backend verification with the payment provider and internal ledger reconciliation.

Creators must comply with the Creator Agreement, Marketplace Rules, Prohibited Items Policy, Listing Standards, Content Moderation Policy, Review Policy, IP Policy, and all applicable law. Creators must honor confirmed bookings and orders, keep prices and inventory accurate, avoid misleading claims, communicate professionally, and not bypass Sobuh checkout when the customer relationship was initiated through Sobuh.

Fees, subscription charges, platform commissions, taxes, payment gateway charges, settlement timing, payout holds, refund reserves, and failed payout handling are governed by /fees, /subscription-terms, and /payout-policy. Sobuh must display applicable charges before payment confirmation.

Users may not commit fraud, manipulate reviews, impersonate others, list illegal or restricted items, upload infringing content, scrape or attack the service, bypass security controls, harass users, collect personal data without permission, use Sobuh for spam, or interfere with marketplace integrity.

Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant Sobuh a limited license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, promote, moderate, and operate that content in connection with the platform. Users must only upload content they own or are authorized to use.

Sobuh may restrict, suspend, remove listings, hold payouts, disable features, or terminate accounts when required by law, payment partners, fraud signals, user safety, policy violations, unresolved disputes, chargebacks, or security risk. Where appropriate, Sobuh may provide reasons and an appeal path.

These Terms are drafted for India-facing launch readiness in 2026 and must be finalized by qualified Indian counsel based on Sobuh's actual entity, business model, categories, payment setup, and rollout states. Unless final counsel-approved terms say otherwise, disputes are expected to be governed by Indian law and handled through the process published in /disputes and /grievance.
