Shipping and Delivery Policy

Fulfillment, dispatch, tracking, delivery, and failed delivery rules for Sobuh physical orders.

1. Creator Fulfillment

Unless Sobuh is expressly identified as the seller or fulfiller, creators are responsible for preparing, packing, dispatching, and updating physical orders within the timeline shown on the listing and checkout page.

2. Delivery Information

Checkout should show delivery fees, taxes, estimated dispatch date, estimated delivery date, shipping restrictions, creator handling time, and customer address confirmation before payment.

3. Tracking

Where courier tracking is available, Sobuh should show courier name, tracking number or AWB, current status, timestamps, delivery attempts, support actions, and issue reporting.

4. Failed Delivery

Incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, courier failure, damaged shipment, or return-to-origin should create a support path with customer and creator notifications, evidence, and resolution status.
