These controls must connect to real backend workflows. A request should create a case ID, user ID, request category, verification status, submitted date, target timeline, assigned owner, status, decision, completion evidence, and audit log.
3. Limits and Verification
Sobuh may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests. Some records may be retained for payment reconciliation, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, open disputes, legal compliance, security logs, or platform integrity.

Until self-serve controls are fully enabled, users may email the privacy request channel or the published grievance channel. Final launch copy must replace placeholder contact details with the current privacy contact and grievance officer details.
