Refund eligibility depends on the transaction type, creator-specific terms shown before checkout, cancellation timing, payment status, delivery status, product condition, service fulfillment, and dispute evidence. Sobuh should not promise a universal refund where creator terms or product category require different handling.
2. Provider-Verified Payment State
Sobuh processes refunds only against provider-verified successful payments recorded in backend ledgers. Frontend success screens, screenshots, or user claims are not enough without provider and ledger verification.
3. Common Refund Reasons
Possible reasons include creator cancellation, duplicate charge, payment captured but order not created, item not delivered, wrong item, damaged or defective item, service not delivered, technical failure for eligible digital goods, or support-approved dispute resolution.
4. Evidence and Timelines
Sobuh may request photos, videos, order IDs, booking IDs, chat records, delivery proof, cancellation reason, or provider references. Approved refunds should show a refund ID, amount, method, status, created date, and expected provider timeline.
5. Non-Refundable or Limited Refund Cases
Customized goods, perishables, consumed services, accessed digital downloads, customer no-shows, late cancellations, hygiene-sensitive goods, or customer-caused damage may be non-refundable unless law, creator terms, or Sobuh support approval requires otherwise.
