Sobuh must show plan price, billing cycle, included features, limits, taxes, trial terms, renewal date, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility before a creator subscribes.

Rules for creator plans, recurring billing, renewals, cancellation, upgrades, downgrades, and failed payments.
2. Billing and Renewal
Recurring subscription charges should be processed only with valid authorization and provider confirmation. Failed payment, retry, grace period, feature downgrade, and account impact should be communicated clearly.
3. Cancellation
Creators should be able to cancel future renewal through account or support workflows. Cancellation does not automatically refund past fees unless the plan terms, law, or support approval allow it.
4. Feature Changes
Sobuh may update plan features or pricing with notice where required. Material changes should give creators enough information to decide whether to continue.
