1. Who May Review
Sobuh should allow reviews from customers with a real purchase, booking, or interaction where the backend can verify the relationship. Guest or unverified reviews should be labeled differently if allowed.

2. Verified Labels
Verified Purchase or Verified Booking labels may appear only when Sobuh has backend evidence of the transaction. Do not show verified labels from self-claims or imported data without proof.
3. Prohibited Reviews
Fake reviews, paid undisclosed reviews, competitor sabotage, conflicts of interest, threats, hate speech, personal data exposure, irrelevant content, spam, and review manipulation are prohibited.
4. Removal and Appeals
Sobuh may remove or restrict reviews that violate policy, but should not remove critical reviews only because they are negative. Creators may respond professionally or appeal moderation decisions.
