Creator payouts are available only where Sobuh has enabled the payout infrastructure, payment-provider account, KYC, bank verification, ledger reconciliation, and compliance workflow for the creator. Until enabled, Sobuh must show: Creator payouts are currently unavailable or pending activation.
2. Eligibility
Payout eligibility may require creator account approval, identity and business verification, bank account verification, tax details, completed orders or bookings, no blocking disputes, no fraud risk, and compliance with Marketplace Rules.
3. Holds and Reserves
Sobuh may hold or reserve payouts for refunds, chargebacks, complaints, suspicious activity, KYC issues, delivery failures, cancellation spikes, legal requests, or payment-provider restrictions.
4. Failed Payouts
Failed payouts should show payout ID, amount, bank reference where available, failure reason, retry status, required creator action, and support escalation path.
