Marketplace Rules for Customers and Creators

Creators must provide truthful store names, locations where required, product or service descriptions, prices, taxes, charges, availability, qualifications, delivery timelines, cancellation rules, refund conditions, and customer support mechanisms. Sobuh must not display trust badges, verified status, ratings, order counts, or ranking claims unless the backend can prove them.

Applicable creator/store pages should show the creator or store name, verified status only when real, location or business information where required, contact or support method, real ratings, cancellation terms, refund conditions, delivery terms, price, taxes, and charges before checkout.

Sobuh may rank listings using relevance, availability, location, category fit, customer filters, rating quality, fulfillment reliability, policy compliance, response speed, and sponsorship where enabled. Paid placement must be clearly labeled as Sponsored or Promoted.

Users may not use Sobuh discovery, messaging, or listings to avoid platform checkout, payment protection, fees, taxes, refunds, grievance tracking, or audit logs where the transaction was initiated through Sobuh.

Sobuh may warn, reject listings, remove content, limit discovery, pause checkout, hold payouts, require verification, suspend accounts, or terminate access for legal risk, user harm, fraud, prohibited items, misleading claims, payment abuse, or repeated policy violations. Appeals may be available where appropriate.
