Pricing, Fees and Transparency Policy

Sobuh should show item price, service price, creator charges, platform fees, taxes, delivery fees, discounts, payable total, refund basis, and recurring charges before payment confirmation.

Charges should not appear late in checkout without clear explanation. If a fee changes because of address, delivery method, taxes, add-ons, or payment method, the customer should see the updated total before paying.

Creator commissions, subscription fees, promotional fees, payout fees, taxes, reserves, or payment-provider deductions must be described before creator acceptance and reflected in creator invoices or earning statements.

If ranking is influenced by sponsorship, paid promotion, commission, availability, location, relevance, rating, fulfillment quality, or trust signals, Sobuh should disclose important ranking parameters at a meaningful level.
