Each listing or booking flow should show the creator's cancellation terms, Sobuh platform rules, refund consequences, and any non-refundable fees before the customer pays.

Customer cancellation eligibility depends on timing, creator policy, service preparation, product customization, dispatch status, and category. The cancellation screen should show expected refund impact before confirmation.

Creators must avoid cancelling confirmed commitments except for genuine constraints. Creator cancellations may trigger customer refund, marketplace trust review, search demotion, payout hold, or account action when repeated or harmful.

Sobuh should store cancellation actor, reason, timestamp, affected order or booking ID, refund decision, customer notification, creator notification, support case linkage, and audit trail.
