Sobuh is intended for users who can lawfully use online services and enter transactions. If a user is below the age required to contract independently, use must occur only with valid guardian consent and under legally appropriate flows.

Creator accounts, selling tools, paid subscriptions, payouts, and business verification are intended for adults or legally authorized businesses that can enter binding obligations and receive payments lawfully.

Some categories may require age checks, eligibility checks, licenses, or additional review. Sobuh should block access, listing, or checkout where age or eligibility is not satisfied.

Sobuh should avoid collecting children's personal data unless the product design, notice, consent, verification, and legal basis have been approved for that use.
