Prohibited Products and Services Policy
Categories Sobuh creators may not list due to law, safety, payment-provider requirements, or marketplace standards.
1. Prohibited Categories
Sobuh prohibits illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, stolen goods, fraudulent services, unsafe or hazardous offerings, regulated goods without authorization, rights-infringing products, deceptive financial schemes, privacy-invasive services, weapons, narcotics, prescription medicines without lawful authorization, and adult or restricted content where prohibited by Sobuh policy or law.
2. Restricted Categories
Some categories may require additional verification, licenses, age gates, geographic limits, special delivery controls, or payment-provider approval. Sobuh should block listing publication until the required review is complete.
3. Review Flow
Listing submitted -> automated and/or manual review -> approved or rejected -> reason shown -> creator correction or appeal where appropriate. High-risk listings should remain unpublished until approved.
4. Enforcement
Sobuh may remove listings, cancel transactions, refund customers, hold payouts, notify authorities where required, suspend creators, or terminate accounts for prohibited or unsafe listings.
