Intellectual Property Policy

1. User Responsibility

Users and creators must only upload content, images, logos, videos, products, descriptions, digital files, and brand names they own or are authorized to use.

2. Reportable Issues

Rights owners may report copied images, copied product designs, trademark misuse, copyright infringement, impersonation, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized use of brand assets.

3. Report Workflow

Sobuh should collect claimant identity, rights asserted, affected URLs, evidence of ownership, explanation, contact details, declaration of good faith, and signature or authorization where required. The admin workflow should preserve evidence and create a case ID.

4. Actions and Counter-Notice

Sobuh may remove or disable content, notify the creator, request evidence, reject incomplete claims, reinstate content where appropriate, and restrict repeat infringers.
