Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, lawful, and respectful use of Sobuh accounts, listings, messaging, checkout, and platform systems.
1. Allowed Use
Use Sobuh to discover creators, publish lawful listings, manage orders and bookings, communicate about transactions, make or receive payments, request support, and use creator commerce tools as intended.
2. Prohibited Use
Do not commit fraud, scrape or attack systems, bypass authentication or authorization, upload malware, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, spam users, harass users, collect personal data without permission, sell prohibited items, evade fees, or use Sobuh for illegal or deceptive activity.
3. Security Abuse
Testing vulnerabilities without authorization, accessing another user's account, exploiting IDOR or broken access controls, abusing APIs, or interfering with checkout, ledgers, payouts, or support systems is prohibited. Use /security/report for responsible disclosure.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, checkout limits, account restrictions, payout holds, support escalation, law-enforcement reporting, or termination.
